Terms of use
- User Registration：Users must provide true and accurate personal information (including shipping address and contact information). Information changes should be updated in a timely manner. The user shall bear losses caused by inaccurate information.
- Order Rules：Payment must be made within 48 hours after placing an order; unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled if overdue. Product inventory is subject to the status at the time of payment. If a product is out of stock after payment, the platform will issue a full refund and notify the user.
- Product Description：Information on the product detail page (size, material, color) is for reference only. Slight differences may exist due to shooting or production batches, and the actual product shall prevail.
- Payment Rules：Internationally accepted payment methods (such as credit cards, PayPal) are supported. The payment currency is subject to the display on the order page, and the exchange rate is calculated based on the real-time rate at the time of payment.
- After-sales Rules：Unconditional return is supported within 14 days of receipt (excluding customized products and used products). The returned products must be in good condition with complete accessories, and the return shipping fee shall be borne by the user. For quality issues, proof must be provided; after verification, the platform will bear the return shipping fee and arrange reshipment or refund.
- Limitation of Liability：The platform shall not be liable for compensation for delivery delays or failure to fulfill orders caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, international logistics strikes), but will make every effort to assist in resolving the issues.
