- Delivery Scope：Covers most countries and regions worldwide, excluding areas with wars or logistics restrictions (check availability when placing an order).
- Delivery Time：7-15 working days for general areas, 15-25 working days for remote areas; may be extended due to holidays or customs clearance delays.
- Fee Calculation：Charged based on the weight of ordered items and destination. Free basic shipping for orders over $299 (excluding remote areas).
- Customs Duty Note：Recipients shall bear customs duties and clearance fees of the destination. If the package is returned due to refusal to pay, the refund will be issued after deducting shipping and handling fees.
- Abnormal Handling：For lost/damaged packages, provide proof within 7 days after signing for receipt; reshipment or refund will be arranged after verification. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, additional shipping fee is required for resending.
